Terms & Conditions

I. Scope and validity These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and services of Skinial AG. By placing an order, the customer irrevocably acknowledges these conditions, the modification of which is only possible with our written consent. We do not accept the general conditions of our customers, even if we do not expressly object in individual cases. 

II. Offers Our offers and list prices are non-binding. Orders of our customers, also due to our offers, become binding for us only with our written confirmation or with the delivery. 

III. Cancellations If the order is canceled by mutual agreement without a specific cancellation fee being agreed, the cancellation fee to be paid by the customer amounts to 20% but at least EURO 50.00 as the basic amount plus value added tax. This provision does not give rise to any right of the customer to unilaterally cancel an order. Return of undamaged, unused goods may only with the explicit agreement of the house to the Skinial AG - Rathenauplatz 2-8; D-60313 Frankfurt. 

IV. Delivery date, delay and non-delivery The contractor endeavors to adhere to the agreed dates as precisely as possible. Delivery delays do not entitle our customers to claims for damages, but our customers can, if the customary delivery time has been exceeded by more than four weeks and is solely due to our fault, declare withdrawal from the contract by registered letter. This comes into force if the delivery can not be made up within a reasonable grace period. Further claims of the customer do not exist. 

V. Delivery, Liability The delivery of the goods is in the usual commercial condition. Partial deliveries are permitted to a reasonable extent. Liability for the suitability of the delivered goods for the purposes envisaged by the customer is excluded, as well as for damage caused by the product or its processing. Customer complaints are only accepted in writing. 

VI. Prices, Payment All prices are exclusive of VAT and in euros unless otherwise stated. The prices are valid from Germany (currently Augsburg). The purchase price for deliveries of goods must be paid in advance or within the scope of the part payment terms offered without deduction (discount). 

VII. Delayed payment In the event of late payment, interest is to be paid in the amount of the respective bank interest rate for overdraft, as well as reminder fees, plus value added tax. A complaint of the goods does not entitle to the retention of payments. The customer is not permitted to offset other claims. 

VIII. Retention of title All goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment. 

IX. Warranty Regardless of whether the customer is a merchant or not, the statutory warranty provisions for mutual commercial transactions apply. The replacement of consequential damages is excluded. 

X. Place of Fulfillment, Legal Venue The place of performance for all services is Frankfurt. Unless otherwise agreed, the statutory provisions applicable between general merchants apply according to German law, even if the order is executed abroad. For any disputes, the local jurisdiction of the relevant court in Frankfurt is agreed. For the sale to consumers in terms of consumer protection, the above provisions apply only to the extent that the Consumer Protection Act does not mandate other provisions. 

XI. Other provisions The statutory sales restrictions and child protection regulations are complied with. 

Revocation 

Withdrawal 

We distribute our products and services (training) exclusively to commercial customers. The Consumer Protection Act does not apply to these purchase peals. In this respect, there is no ordinary right of withdrawal from a contract.

You are not satisfied? We are here for you! 

In case of a complaint, please let us know your contact details. For product-related complaints, please give us the delivery note number, article and batch number and a description of the circumstances and any photos. 

We will process the request as soon as possible and keep you informed about the next steps.

Ordering process in the online shop - That's how it works 

1. Registered shop user 

Prerequisite for the acquisition of the removal fluid is the successful participation in the appropriate Skinial training. Participants in the PMU Distance Training may not purchase Body Removal Fluids through this shop because they lack the skills to use them. After completing the training, each participant will receive a personal password-protected access code, which he may not pass on. Abuse is punished and can be brought to the display. In particular, it is forbidden for security reasons to acquire or distribute removal liquid for third parties. The purchase and distribution of Skinial care products are not limited. 

If you meet the requirements and still have no access authorization or if you are no longer aware of this, contact Skinial via email info@skinial.com and request a new access. 

2nd shopping cart 

Select the products you want to order and place them in the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. You can change the content of your shopping cart at any time until you submit your order. For example, you can adjust the order quantity, remove products from the shopping cart, add or cancel the order process by emptying the entire shopping cart. → Click on the button "Checkout" to get to the next order step. 

3. To checkout 

There you enter the desired billing address and the delivery address (if different) yourself. These two addresses are stored for easy processing when you revisit the page, so you do not have to re-enter each time. Changes to the addresses are possible at any time. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations. Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not occur.

Safety is important to us. Since handling our distance products requires expertise and practice, Skinial has decided not to sell distance products to untrained people and to work only with appropriately trained professionals (see Special Terms under Seminar Registration (LINK).
